B and Camden

These two kiddo's are a crack up! During FHE they both sat quietly on their own blankets and listened to the lesson on "I am a child of God" and B sang really loud to all the songs. The best part of the night- treat time. Two big helper to clean up the mess. It was a really fun night.

Lucky Charm

B LOVES to dance and entertain. We went to a pool party for Academy Mortgage and they had a dance off for anyone 14 years and younger. B didn't hesitate with the large crowd, she pushed her way in and danced away. She made it to the top 10, top 5 and then finally, it was between her and one other girl. It was up to the crowd to cheer for the best dancer, and she won!!!! It was so dang cute. The grand prize was a green iPod Shuffle!

This was B's heaven on earth. Petting zoo, carriage rides, riding ponies, farm games, milking cows, learning center, feeding the animals, picnic lunch and 50 cent ice-cream cones.

Grandpa Morris

Paul Mark Morris 10/9/1917 ~ 8/8/2011 Our loving husband and father, Paul Mark Morris, has now "Gone Home" to his Heavenly Father. He was born in American Falls (Readyville), Idaho, the fourth of 12 children to Sarah and Parley Morris. His steadfast faith in Christ and example extends to his large posterity and all who know and love him. His LDS mission to the Southern States laid the foundation for his life. He married his sweetheart, Helen D. Abraham, in the Salt Lake Temple on February 6, 1945, while serving in the U.S. Air Corps. Their mission to South Africa in 1988 was a highlight of their life together. He served as a Bishop and in many other callings and was a faithful home teacher. Paul and Helen have been blessed with eight children: Brent (Shauna), Susan (Chris) Swain, Bonnie (Steven) Shaw, Dixie (Jack) Sloan, Diane (Bill) Wilson, Carol (Chuck) Schmitt, Gem (Eileen), and Steven (Penny). They have 30 grands, 40 greats. He loved the little children and they loved him. He is also survived by his loving wife, two sisters, Mavis Oswald, Cherryl Rose and brother, Grant Morris. The family would like to extend a heart-felt thanks to the wonderful staff at Alta Ridge and CareSource for their loving and tender care of dad. Paul's farewell service will be held Saturday, August 13, 12:00 p.m. at the Cottonwood Acres Ward, 981 E. 5600 So. (Revere Cir.) with a viewing from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. prior to services and Friday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at Murray Memorial Mortuary, 5850 So. 900 E.

What a great example in our lives. We sure are going to miss him, but we know he is now in a better place. Love you.
